The Taking Corrective Action workshop was highly successful in meeting its objectives.  We have noticed a significant change for the better in how our managers conduct disciplinary investigations, deliver one-on-one coaching sessions and take corrective action. Most importantly, we have seen a dramatic improvement in consistency of approach.  This has made my job considerably easier!

Dave is a highly engaging and participative facilitator.  He frequently draws on his extensive experience to provide the participants with numerous incidents and anecdotes, many of which are of a humorous nature, to illustrate key learning points.

Dave also uses a variety of unique learning techniques to deliver the course material.  Participants not only have fun in Dave's workshops, but they learn and retain a great deal of the course content.  By using a practical and hands-on approach, participants are able to apply what they learn back on the job.
